Check and contact in case of problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Most boxes contain Grade A clothing, which may show minor signs of wear. We also offer Grade B boxes; these contain items with more visible signs of wear or imperfections, as stated in the product description. For Grade A boxes, we apply a 20% margin of error (for example, 1 Grade B item in a box of 3).

Signs of Wear
Minor signs of wear are normal for secondhand clothing. If you believe the condition of an item falls outside the expected range, please contact us by email. Please include:

- Photos of the signs of wear (taken in daylight)
- A clear photo of the entire front of the item

Without these photos, we unfortunately cannot assess the report. You can reach us at info@vintagebulk.nl.

Return tags
Each item comes with a large return sticker or pliers. Once this sticker is removed or the tag is cut off, any right to return, replacement, or compensation is void.

Wrinkles Upon Receipt
Our items are pressed in bulk and may therefore be wrinkled. This is normal and does not affect the quality. The clothing is easy to dry clean and can then be easily resold. This is also stated on our website.

Compensation Policy
In the event of a valid complaint, our customer service will offer one suitable solution. This could be:

Free return of the entire order
Store credit for a future order

Our customer service will assess whether compensation is applicable and in what form. A maximum of one complaint will be handled per order.
