Inspection and Contact in Case of Issues

We kindly request you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Most boxes contain Grade A quality clothing, where light signs of wear are possible. We also offer Grade B boxes; these contain items with more visible signs of wear or imperfections, as stated in the product description. For Grade A boxes, we apply a 20% margin of error (e.g., 1 Grade B item in a box of 3).

 

Signs of Wear

Light signs of wear are normal for second-hand clothing. If you believe the condition of an item falls outside the expected margin, please contact us via email. Include the following:

• Photos of the signs of wear (taken in daylight)

• A clear photo of the full front of the item

Return Stickers 

Every item has a large return sticker or tag. Once this sticker is removed or tag is cut off, all rights to return, replacement, or compensation are forfeited.

 

Wrinkles Upon Receipt

Our items are delivered compressed in bulk, and therefore may be wrinkled. This is normal and does not affect the quality. The clothing is easy to steam and then suitable for resale. This is also stated on our website.

 

Compensation Policy

In the event of a legitimate complaint, our customer service will offer one appropriate solution. This may be:

• Free return of the entire order

• Store credit for a future order

Our customer service will assess whether compensation applies and in what form. A maximum of one complaint per order will be processed.
