Shipping

Orders are shipped via DHL. We make every effort to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days but cannot be held responsible for any delays.

We are not liable for packages that tracking shows as delivered but which you have not received, or for shipments that fail to arrive due to incorrectly entered address information. In such cases, we cannot refund the cost of the products. Therefore, please ensure your address is entered correctly before completing your order.

Returns

For returns of reseller boxes, all items in the box must be included. If one or more items are missing, we cannot accept the return (this also applies to ordered shipping bags).

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt if they do not meet your expectations. Return requests submitted after this period will be rejected. After registering the return via the return portal, you have an additional 14 days to send the package.

Returns must always be registered via the return portal. The link can be found at the bottom of the website or on the contact page. If no registration is made and/or the return instructions in the portal are not followed, we cannot accept the return.

To qualify for a return, the order must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with original labels attached (in the original position) and in the original packaging. Please include proof of purchase. Returns not meeting these conditions cannot be accepted.


Important Notes

  • Returns are at your own cost and risk. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

  • Only items that meet the return conditions can be returned.

  • When choosing our steaming service, shirts are steamed before shipping. This service is an additional, customized service for which a separate fee is charged. Because the steaming service is applied directly to the purchased product, the fee for this service is non-refundable, even if the item itself is returned.


Return Process

  1. Register your return via the return portal (link at the bottom of the page).

  2. Download and print the shipping label purchased through the portal and attach it to your return package.

  3. Carefully pack the item in the original packaging or a package of similar quality and attach the return label.

  4. Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the product amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to fully process the refund and post it to your account.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at info@vintagebulk.nl.

Check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item does not match the description of your purchase, contact us as soon as possible. Please note that a margin of error of 20% applies.

Important: We can only resolve issues if return tags are still attached to items in their original position. Once removed, the order is considered final. Complaints are always addressed before a return is processed, so contact customer service before returning the package via the return portal.


Exchanges

Our reseller boxes have a unique composition, so exchanges are not possible.


Refused Returns

If a return does not meet our return conditions (e.g., the box is incomplete or tags/stickers are missing from items), the return will be refused, and the purchase amount will not be refunded. The order will be returned to the customer at our expense.

If we detect that items were offered for resale during the return period and then returned, we consider this product use. In such cases, the return is refused, and the purchase amount will not be reimbursed.

If we detect that attempts have been made to remove stains from an item or the item has been washed, it is considered used, and the return will be refused. Treated items cannot be returned.


Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed and packed. Therefore, it cannot be canceled. The right of withdrawal still applies, allowing the order to be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are returned in their original condition with attached labels.
